Education and Experience.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the State of Washington since 2015 (License #PY60557091), and Board Certified in Behavioral & Cognitive Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. I completed my doctoral degree (PhD) in Clinical Psychology at the University of California, San Diego/San Diego State University, and completed both my internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Seattle Division of the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System. Since that time, I have worked in both VA and veteran/military-serving non-profit settings.

But who am I, really?

When Iā€™m not working as a psychologist, I love staying active and enjoy running, cycling, hiking, and Olympic Weightlifting. I am also an enthusiastic baker, and my weekends are often spent making a mess out of my kitchen in order to create new recipes to share with family and friends. I also enjoy listening to audiobooks, and my favorite fiction authors are TJ Klune and Kristin Hannah.
